MINI WARRIORS - Ages 4-6

Introduction to MMA, Mixed Martial Arts in a fun and friendly environment.

As parents, we want our children to be happy, healthy and confident. We build skills from the ground up in conjunction with natural motor development. Our mini warriors classes are high energy with a lot of fun through games. 

While your child learns the basic skills of mixed marital arts our classes instil confidence, respect, honesty and fair play.

WARRIORS MMA - MIXED MARTIAL ARTS - Ages 6+

Providing kids with essential training in life skills, self-defence, fitness and fun

Our instructors are experts at making class both educational and fun. Our high energy warriors MMA classes will not only involve your child in mixed martial arts, fitness and self defence but also incorporate life skills to help your child grow into a well-rounded adult. We empower your child to be more disciplined through drills that emphasise focus and self-control, building admirable personal qualities to assist with school, home, sport and more.

KIDS BJJ - BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU - Ages 5+

High energy environment developing your child's self control, discipline and confidence.

This is a dedicated kids program which delivers an introduction into the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Children will learn key movements and concepts used in the sport of Jiu-Jitsu as well as its effectiveness as a martial art and a form of self-defence. These classes improve your child's coordination, discipline, self control, athleticism as well as teaching valuable lessons which they can then take with them from the mats into their everyday lives.
